Southside 2026: Our pictures from Saturday with acts like Kraftklub, Yungblud, Esther Graf, Grandson and The Offspring.
After the weather-related evacuation of the festival site on Friday, the Southside Festival finally returned to regular festival mode on Saturday. Instead of warning messages, blazing sun, dusty paths and full stages dominated the scene in Neuhausen ob Eck. The visitors braved temperatures of around 32 degrees with sun hats, water bottles and as many breaks in the shade as possible.
Musically, the day started early and loud. Ecca Vandal opened the Green Stage, later Zebrahead, Grandson and Sondaschule provided the first big movement in front of the stage. On the smaller stages, Militarie Gun, Basement, Kayla Shyx and Esther Graf, among others, provided an alternative to the crowds on the main stages.
In the late afternoon the area became increasingly crowded. Royel Otis brought relaxed indie pop to the Blue Stage, while the Donots proved once again on the Green Stage how reliably they can get a festival audience moving. At the same time, President appeared on the Red Stage.
Saturday night at Southside
The evening was the busiest phase of the day: The Offspring relied on hits and the lyrical confidence of their audience, while the Drunken Masters transformed the Red Stage into a dance floor. Afterwards, the Blue Stage featured Yungblud, who combined pop, punk and big rock star gestures to create one of the most eye-catching shows of Saturday. Betterov, on the other hand, offered a quieter alternative to the big headliners on the White Stage.
Kraftklub took over the finale on the Green Stage. After a sweaty day, people jumped, screamed and danced again in front of the main stage. Anyone who still had energy afterwards could also move on to Pennywise, Roy Bianco & The Abbrunzati Boys or the electronic night program.
