In southern Lebanon, residents are once again inspecting the damage after fighting between Israel and Hezbollah flared up. Despite an international agreement and a decrease in violence, Israeli attacks continued on Monday, killing at least one person. The fighting has claimed nearly 3,800 lives since March and displaced some 1.2 million people.
