South Korean investigators have asked law enforcement to issue an arrest warrant for deposed President Yoon Suk-yeol. They do this after Yoon refused to appear for interrogation for the third time, they explain in a statement. This makes Yoon the first South Korean president to risk arrest, the South Korean news agency Yonhap reports.
