Sophie Hilbrand is back on the tube after the bar late drama, but is again unable to convince. Now that we are there: the elections is a viewing figure flop. “It is very messy kabbel TV.”

It will stick to Sophie Hilbrand for a long time: the flopping of Bar Laat. Why? Because it was mainly on her. She just wasn’t good enough and was therefore taken off the late evening. Her co-host Jeroen Pauw did go further and painfully enough, the successor Pauw & De Wit is a big viewing success success. Oops, oops, oh.

“How went?”

Now Sophie is back, namely with the program now that we are there: the elections. She enters the country to call people in the municipalities where the four largest parties got the most votes in recent elections. She then wants coffee, a sandwich, a place to sleep and a good conversation.

The central question is: how hospitable are the inhabitants and what story is behind their political choice? A strange program and that’s how it looks away, says TV authority Tina Nijkamp on her analysis canal. “It was a very exciting evening for Sophie Hilbrand. She made her TV Comeback and still on NPO 1 after the bar late debacle. How did that work?”

Another flop

Now that we are there anyway, the late evening (10.20 pm), but in the country’s most watched TV channel NPO 1. To her own question how it went, Tina replies: “Not at all: 251 thousand viewers and only 7.9 percent market share in the commercial target group 25 to 54 years. Huge bales for Sophie.”

It is partly due to the NPO, according to Tina. “She is also plagued by poor programming. Directly opposite Café Kockelmann on NPO 2. Both have a starting time of 10.20 pm. Blunder of the NPO.”

Messy

Yet, according to Tina, it is not only the NPO to be charged. “It must be said that the program was also very messy. What exactly was the goal? Totally unclear. That is not why not compelling enough and too much kabbel TV.”

Café Kockelmann recorded 444 thousand viewers (9.1 percent). “Again: why is that show not just on NPO 1? On the site of Sophie ????”
