Swiss snowboarder Sophie Hediger is dead, they say Aftonbladet and news agency AP.
Hediger was caught in an avalanche in Arosa in the Swiss Alps. He was 26 years old when he died.
The accident happened on Monday.

Hediger competed in snowboard cross. She competed in the women’s snowboard cross and mixed team at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
Hediger got the first two World Cup podium finishes in the 2023–24 season.
