Old advice
Mild swears in the name of a sweater. Juha Harju
Mild also recommends a real giggling old people for summer heat: a sweater.
– As incredible as it is, it keeps the hot at bay, even if you think the other way around. When I was young, when they were on the hay field, the sweater cooled more than warmed up, says the Olympic winner.
He still wears a sweater in the summer today.

– The fields are so wet that the heat repairs a lot of yield views. That’s good, he says on behalf of farmers.
Night to the beach
Mild sleeps in a different house. Jussi Saarinen
On hot evenings, mild heads from his house across the yard to the riverbank, where he has an old log house for sleeping.
The 85 square meter dwelling, which once served as a slave house, is comfortably cool in the summer.
– It has trees in front of the sun and a decent curtain. The evening sun can’t get in, Mieto says.
– It would be painful to sleep in the hot. Especially with older age, it is important to have a cool sleep.
There is no air heat pump in either house. However, he praises them as practical.
– There have been such hotels. Then you just have to be terribly careful about clothing. It is a good idea to keep your underwear on. Many have received the flu when the wind is visiting, the legend recalls.
