Monday started out sunny, but heavy rain started to fall from midday. There will also be thunderstorms and sleet showers!
What a start to the week. After Monday started out sunny, the sky darkened around noon and then heavy rain pelted down on Berlin.
From Frohnau in the north to Schöneberg, Kreuzberg and Köpenick, an extensive area of rain moved from north to south-west over Berlin.
But not only that! It flashed, thundered – and sleet showers also fell. And that shouldn’t have been it yet, because further storm fronts can hit Berlin from the north-west during the course of the day.
So it will be uncomfortable on Monday in the capital, the weather will only calm down towards evening!
Showers are also possible on Tuesday, but from Wednesday it should be sunnier again all the time…
