Speed ​​skater Irene Schouten has signed with Team AH Zaanlander for four years. “I am happy that I can stay with this team at least until the coming Winter Games,” said Schouten.

Schouten now has certainty until the 2026 games in Milan. The thirty-year-old from North Holland has had a dream season. She won three golds and one bronze at the Beijing Olympics.

The team is in full preparation for the upcoming season. One of the most important tournaments will be the World Single Distance Championships in Thialf. That tournament is from 2 to 5 March in Heerenveen.
