The emergency services in The Hague have found a sixth fatality under the rubble of the The Hague apartment building where an explosion took place on Saturday. The ANP news agency reported this on Monday morning based on the Haaglanden Safety Region.

The Hague police made the announcement on Sunday evening on social medium it is known that four of the six deceased victims have been identified. It concerns a girl of 17, a woman of 41 and a man of 45, all three from The Hague, and a 31-year-old man from Voorburg. The police wish the relatives a lot of strength.

The municipality of The Hague expects that the emergency services will be active for several days to search for victims. It is unknown how many people are still missing. The cause of the explosion is also not yet known. The police are considering a crime.
