Six Russians detained while trying to illegally enter Germany

German police detained six Russians who tried to illegally enter the country, transmits Presseportal with reference to the Berlin Federal Police Headquarters.

According to police, the Russians were detained at a checkpoint in the German city of Forst. A family with four children aged from one to nine years old tried to travel from Poland to Germany in two cars. The Russians had with them expired documents for residence in Poland.

A 40-year-old Russian and a 29-year-old Russian woman were charged with illegal entry. All six Russians were handed over to the Brandenburg police.

In addition to the Russians, two drivers who transported them were also detained.
