Sint-Truiden sets up a committee on that loan to Cleeren "to investigate to the bone"

The municipal council of Sint-Truiden has set up a committee this evening to start an investigation into how it was possible that former mayor Jef Cleeren (CD&V) could get a loan of 65,000 euros without the city council knowing about it. The various political groups had already agreed last week that such a committee was needed and that it should investigate the role that financial director Kris Vandijck has played in the whole saga.
