Sinner in Beijing, but not only: an autumn of tournaments on SuperTennis

Jannik returns to the field for the Chinese 500, scheduled to start from September 28th with Musetti and Sonego also starring. Trevisan will play the WTA 250 tournament in Ningbo

The return of Jannik Sinner and much more. The 500 tournament in Beijing, with a view to the Masters 1000 in Shanghai (scheduled from 4 to 15 October), is now upon us. And the anticipation is growing for an event that will bring together many of the best tennis players in the world, starting on September 28: Alcaraz, Medvedev, Rune, Tsitsipas, Rublev, Ruud, as well as the South Tyrolean. There will also be Zverev, the last player faced by Sinner, in the round of 16 of the US Open. Jannik’s return to the field – but also the journey of Musetti and Sonego, both present in Beijing – can be followed on SuperTennis, the broadcaster which will broadcast the Asian stages in the coming weeks and on which the 250 in Chengdu and Zhuhai can be followed, with the finals scheduled for September 26th.

the other tournaments

Tournaments in which we hunt for important points for the season finale, with the goal of the ATP Finals still alive for many. Sinner is currently fourth in the Race and is close to the finish line, behind him are Rublev, Tsitsipas, Rune, Zverev, Fritz and Ruud, with five places still available considering that Alcaraz, Djokovic and Medvedev have already gained the pass. The Beijing tournament will start on September 28th with the final scheduled for October 4th, the day on which the Shanghai 1000 will begin. While September 25th will be the opening day of the women’s 500m tournament in Tokyo, which will see the return to the field of Iga Swiatek: the Pole has lost the throne of the WTA ranking to the detriment of Aryna Sabalenka, who will return to Shanghai. In addition to the two 500s (Beijing for men, Tokyo for women), the 250 WTA in Ningbo will also be broadcast on SuperTennis, in which Martina Trevisan will play after the quarter-finals in the 1000 in Guadalajara, Mexico. All eyes on Asia, therefore: there is still a lot of tennis to experience.
