Hans de Lange from Haarle, over 70, worked for three years in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. He helped young people there to set up their own company. During that time he got to know Viktoriia Mishchenko (26). Last week she fled via Poland to Amsterdam with her mother and 7-month-old daughter because of the war in her country. If it is up to Hans, they will move in with him for the time being: “I have enough rooms, but not my stuff.”
