Simple victory for korfball players KZ over low flyer Dalto

Koog Zaandijk did what it had to do tonight. On a visit to Dalto, which has lost all Korfball Leaugue matches this season, they won big: 21-30.

From 2-2, KZ led the entire game. The team of coach Tim Bakker mainly owed this to Marjolijn Schenk and Alwin Out. Together they scored nineteen goals; ten for Schenk and nine for Out.

Halfway through, the margin was manageable for the opponent from Driebergen. The halftime score was 11-14. After the break, KZ quickly distanced itself. From 16-19, the visitors scored seven times in a row. With that, the match was decided. The nine-point difference was maintained until the final whistle.

After six matches in Group A, KZ has six points. The Koogers won three games and also lost three and are fourth. Blauw-Wit also has six points, but the team from Amsterdam will still play against Fortuna.
