Sidibé signs with AEK: one of the most valuable clubless players on the market

Contract in Monaco ended

After reports of interest from Nottingham Forest and Fulham FC in July, 18-time French international Djibril Sidibé has found a new club in Greece. The 30-year-old full-back, who was last without a club after the end of his contract with AS Monaco, is moving to AEK Athens. Sidibé received a contract there until 2024. With a market value of 8 million euros, he was recently one of the most valuable professionals without a club.
