Theo Maassen had to cancel his Sunday and Monday performances at the Royal Theater Carré in Amsterdam at the last minute. He is ill. The Amsterdam theater reports on the website and on social media that a new date is being sought.
According to it AD the comedian has informed visitors in a message that he has a ‘considerable throat infection’ and has lost his voice. “Whispering hoarsely, that’s all I have in the house. I was just looking forward to it,” he would have reported.
The next performance of Maassen’s ‘Unknown terrain’ tour is scheduled for Saturday in Dordrecht. That show is currently on the agenda.
