The driver of a tractor that was shot at by the Dutch police during a farmer’s protest that got out of hand yesterday evening is a farmer’s son from Herenveen. According to his mother, Jouke (16) was on his way home with his brother. “Jouke is now stuck at the police station”, says his mother. “We are very sad.”
