The capsule reinterprets the visual grammar of the fabulous Seventies, now wearable even by those who didn’t experience it. Between emerald costumes, golden kaftans and snake-jewels, the Berenson style is fragmented into key pieces with a high rate of seduction. A fluid wardrobe that transforms days into breathless nights, combining diva charm with contemporary freshness.

In the veins of the eternal muse of Stanley Kubrick and Luchino Visconti, the blood of Elsa Schiaparelli flows, the eccentric ruler who shaped pre-war fashion with strokes of surrealism. The memories of that theatricality also colonize today Zara’s home linebetween golden screens and mirrors wrapped in scarlet snakes. An intoxicating mix that evokes the rooms of rue de Berri, an exotic labyrinth between Chinese tapestries and shocking pink velvets where the actress grew up.

Geox Clima Sandal

After having revolutionized the concept of breathability in closed shoes, Geox opens a new chapter in its history in Spring Summer 2026. It’s called Climate Sandal and it is the brand’s first sandal equipped with active ventilation under the sole of the foot: a technology designed to transform the natural movement of walking into a constant sensation of freshness. A new way of… breathing. The idea was born in the brand’s headquarters in Montebelluna, in the province of Treviso, the same district where the founder Mario Moretti Polegato had the intuition destined to change the history of the brand: perforating the sole to make it breathable without sacrificing waterproofness, creating what has always been known as “the shoe that breathes”. Today that same philosophy continues to evolve, returning to the center of Geox’s research on daily well-being. The heart of the project is the new Ventilated Cushioning Systema technology that does not use batteries or sensors but uses the energy of your step. Operation occurs in three phases. In the heel area, a soft cushion compresses under the weight of the body, activating the air flow, special internal channels then convey it towards the forefoot with a mechanical propulsion system. And finally, a series of holes in the front of the sandal allows leakage, providing a constant and naturally discreet sensation of freshness. According to the research team led by Ivano Barbierothe real innovation lies precisely in having studied the reaction of the foot to the summer heat and having translated it into a system capable of adapting to movement: the more you walk, the greater the ventilation generated. All without noise, thanks to a shock-absorbing system that absorbs the impact of your step. Great attention also to lightness. The new ultra-light sole, developed with expanded materials and dual-density constructions (one softer to activate the technology, the other more rigid to guarantee stability) significantly reduces the weight compared to traditional sandals, improving comfort and freedom of movement. The revolutionary project, developed in just five months and protected by dedicated patents, features various models: some are already available in selected stores and, according to the brand, are rapidly selling out. A men’s and women’s collection with an essential but contemporary design: alongside a feminine proposal in textured mesh in shades of antique pink, deep purple and baby blue, there also appears a more casual and unisex variant with crossed bands in suede, nubuck or leather, embellished with buckles. Communication also reflects the futuristic soul of the project. The launch commercial was in fact created entirely with artificial intelligence: settings, characters and scenarios in perfect Dolce Vita style were created digitally to underline the brand’s tech approach and rationalize production costs. Climate Sandal thus launches a new trend: that of summer footwear that is not limited to being light, but actively interacts with the wearer. «Our intuition» underlines Moretti Polegato «is born from reality». Because for GeoxUltimately, innovation continues to start from the same simple gesture: walking.
