Shooting perpetrator cuts ankle bracelet the day before sentencing and is missing: police distribute investigation notice

Two men have been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a shooting on Bizetplein in Anderlecht. One of them, 34-year-old Bilal Haddouche, took his chances on Sunday evening and cut his ankle bracelet. In the meantime, the police issued an investigation notice for him. There is also a lot to do around the conviction of the second perpetrator.
