Jeweler Jan de Wilde (64) died in Lier last Thursday, the widower of Els van Doren, the victim in the so -called parachute murder from 2006. For that murder, Els Clottemans was convicted, who has been free again since 2022. Van Doren had an affair with the same man with whom Clottemans had a relationship.
