Club Brugge players make the big dream of terminally ill Janis (22) come true: “When the players came to stand around him, he didn’t know where to look first”
The biggest dream on Janis De Zitter’s (22) bucket list has been ticked off. The boy, who has a rare form of the incurable Huntington’s disease, was allowed on the field in the Jan Breydel Stadium with his idols from Club Brugge. Every beautiful moment is included, because Janis has a hard time physically. “Because of his rapid weight loss, we have to start tube feeding,” says his mother.
