Seven out of ten self-employed start-ups are happier than when they were employed

Seven out of ten self-employed start-ups are happier today than when they were still employed, despite the corona crisis and the difficult economic situation. This is apparent from the biennial Starters Barometer of HR services company Acerta. 58 percent of the self-employed indicate that they have stress due to work, but that is a significant decrease compared to 2020, when 72 percent still reported experiencing stress.
