A 35-year-old man from Ossendrecht was found seriously injured on the street in his hometown on Sunday evening after a fight. The victim was allegedly beaten with an iron pipe. Three men aged 23, 23 and 40 were arrested shortly after the assault.
The fight happened just after nine o’clock on Vogelenzang. According to police, the man was found ‘completely bloodied’ on the street. He was immediately taken to hospital in an ambulance.
A little further on, on Moleneind, the three men were arrested. They are still stuck. The victim has filed a report.
