The National Federal Court has inflicted -1 on the people of Romagna due to the failure to present the supplementary guarantee by 8 August
There is no peace for Rimini, hit by a new one-point penalty and a new referral. The National Federal Court ruled at -1 (the total points now become -12) due to the failure to present the supplementary guarantee to guarantee the members’ fees by the deadline of 8 August. For the same accusation, Triestina’s hearing was postponed to October 23rd. But for the Romagna red and whites it didn’t end here: the company was in fact also referred for failure to pay the IRPEF withholdings relating to the emoluments for May and June by 16 September. Rimini and Triestina, with 20 points and 12 points respectively, are two of the three clubs (the other is Trapani, -8) currently already penalized in Serie C.
