Seniors ‘crucial’ to quickly attract housing market: ‘now keep many large houses occupied’

The construction of elderly houses must be given the highest priority as quickly as possible. Seniors are the ‘key’ for raising the housing market. This is the conclusion of a study by the Dutch Association of Makelaars (NVM). “There must be a shift from people who keep large houses occupied.”
