Superstar Selena Gomez, 31, returns to the iconic Wizards of Waverly Place to his role. The popular series produced by Disney was shown between 2007 and 2012.
The plot of the series revolved around Alex Russo, a young wizard played by Gomez, and his siblings.
Disney Channel published a picture on its official Instagram account, which hints at the name of the sequel to the series Wizards. We will also see you in the sequel David Henrie, who played Justin Russo in the original series. Henrie also posted the news on her personal Instagram account.
Gomez will be a guest star in the sequel, while Henrie will be seen in a central role.
In the sequel, Justin Russo, played by Henrie, has left his sorcerer powers and strives to live an ordinary life with his wife and children. As you might expect, however, the wizarding past does not leave the character alone.
Fans of the series are delighted with the ongoing sequel.
