Actor legend Seela Sella has worked all her life and has entertained Finns for many years. Even last fall, the illness has not made the actor slow down.
When actress Seela Sella, 88, introduces her calendar, the sight is downright startling.
Almost every day has appointments, exercises or performances. Seela admits that the pace is high even though the step is no longer the same as when I was younger.
– Yes, I get older and find that everything is slower and more clumsy. All you have to do is accept, she inches.

Stroke
Last fall, Seela felt at the grocery store how her legs no longer liked. When he went to the checkout, forming speech caused difficulties.
– I was not the first to call the emergency number, but went home. The next day I had a regular visit to laboratory tests. The doctor called the results and told him about what happened.
The actor was diagnosed with a stroke.
Seela admits that losing your driving license was a hard setback. He is accustomed to driving by car and has also been on board a Nasu dog, which Seela once saved from Greece.

“I’m old”
Seela’s children were frightened and worried about how the actor living alone could do at home if he even crashed.
– I told them I was trying to fall out on the stairwell outside or on the street, because always someone helps up, the actor carves in his humorous way.
The family decided to get an actor a safety bracelet that could alert help if something happens. Comic situations have not been avoided when the safety bracelet has hit the actor’s handbag or bumped delicately against the table.
So Seela wants to emphasize that using a safety bracelet or hearing aid is not something that should be ashamed.
– I can be called old because I’m old. However, I am not incapacitated.
