Sedar (13) family shot dead after investigation turns: ‘Happy with new attention’ | Inland

ROTTERDAM – The family of Sedar Soares, the 13-year-old boy who was shot dead in Rotterdam in 2003, is grateful for the new attention that is being paid to his tragic and shocking death. Even though the young Rotterdammer died almost twenty years ago, the hope for a solution is still there. Perhaps more than ever, it has now become clear that it was not a snowball, but a rip deal that led to his death.
