Israel and Hamas have finalized the agreement on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the release of Israeli hostages by Hamas. Israel’s security cabinet met on Friday to discuss and vote on the truce. Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office expects Hamas to release the first hostages in the Gaza Strip next Sunday, at 3 p.m. The truce was scheduled to take effect at 11:15 am.
