Second reactor of Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant also connected to the grid

At the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine, the second reactor has also been reconnected to the grid following an emergency. “Today at 9.15 pm (8.15 pm in Belgium) the second of the reactors that were shut down yesterday is connected to the power grid,” operator Energoatom told Telegram on Friday evening. The other of the two reactors still in operation had already been reconnected earlier.
