Sébas Diekstra, the lawyer of the victim of Linda de Mol’s sweetheart Jeroen Rietbergen, criticizes the suggestion of Bram Moszkowicz for a counter -declaration. “It’s his own fault,” it sounds.
According to Bram Moszkowicz, Linda de Mol and Jeroen Rietbergen have to consider submitting a claim to Nienke Wijnhoven, who reported rape by the former band leader of The Voice of Holland. Why? Because the Court of Appeal has declared its rape declaration inadmissible due to lack of evidence.
“Let it rest!”
That suggestion of Bram, pronounced in Shownieuws, is sharply criticized by critics such as Ton F. van Dijk and Victor Vlam: it would again damage the victim, further deteriorate Jeroens reputation and counterproduct for Linda’s image. They speak of ‘a great risk’ and advise: let it rest.
How does Sébas Diekstra, Nienke’s lawyer, look at it? He makes in the Party Short work with the suggestion of a possible claim and finds the statements of Bram embarrassing.
Own fault
It is Jeroens’s own fault, says Sébas. “The reputation damage stems directly from his own, cross-border behavior, and from the angry avalizations, including sending a Dickpic to a candidate; she is therefore not the result of unlawful action by third parties.”
“Client acted lawfully: her statements were actually substantiated, socially relevant and carefully formulated, entirely in line with the care criteria that the case law uses. This little subtle attack on the client therefore seems primarily intended for the stage.”
