Union midfielder Andras Schäfer has suffered another injury setback and will not play for the Irons this season.
The 24-year-old was given a break, as Union announced on Wednesday. The Hungarian injured his foot in November last year.
Shortly after his return, he suffered a setback in the derby against Hertha BSC in January and had to sit out for weeks.
After his comeback at the end of April, Schäfer was back in the starting eleven for the first time on Saturday against SC Freiburg (4:2). Now he has to pause again.
