Search on water for missing Bernadette (61) from Bruges stopped: “After consultation, it will become clear how we will continue the search in the near future”

In Bruges, the water was searched for hours on Thursday for the missing Marie ‘Bernadette’ Decuyper. The 61-year-old woman left for home just after midnight on New Year’s Eve, but never arrived. A search on the site turned up nothing, so the focus was shifted to the ring canal. After six hours of searching with a sonar boat, the search was stopped. Without results.
