Zutphen pulls out a lot of money to help cultural institutions: ‘Visitors were hesitant’
The lockdown is over, so full halls again. That was the idea of many cultural institutions at the beginning of this year. This is quite disappointing for several reasons. The municipality of Zutphen is therefore stepping in. In total, almost four hundred thousand will be distributed among all institutions in Zutphen. “People were still wary of going out.”
