The lawsuit against Sean Combs brought serious allegations against the accused rapper on Tuesday (May 13th). One of the main witnesses, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, said and reported on disturbing details of the abuse.

“He hit me on the head, thrown me over, dragged, stepped, kicked and kicked me on the head when I was lying on the ground,” said Ventura about her relationship with the musician. She often had bruises and wounds.

The R&B singer was not even 20 when she received a relationship with the then 37-year-old Combs. With her report of sexual abuse and rape, she had started the process that could end up for Combs behind bars.

Sean Combs thanks his family

In the courtroom, the 55-year-old was emotional on the first day of the trial. A court drawing shows, for example, how he shapes his family with his hands. Apparently he also wanted to thank you for public support.

On the first day of the trial (May 12th), six of his seven children appeared together with his mother Janice Combs in the courtroom. His sons Christian “King” Combs, Justin Combs and Quincy Brown as well as his daughters chance, Jessie and D’lila Combs even entered the courthouse hand in hand and thus demonstrated their unity.

Combs’ Mother Janice, 82 years old, sat calmly and caught in the courtroom during the sometimes very stressful testimony. As early as October 2024, she had emphasized in a public statement that her son had the right to a fair trial and criticized the media prejudice.

The public prosecutor’s office in New York accuses Combs in addition to the acts of violence against Ventura sex trade, prostitution and organized crime.
