Screaming passenger pulls her hair of woman sitting in front of him, steward intervenes harshly

Just a commotion on a flight from Oakland (California) to Portland (Oregon): even before the Alaska Airlines plane had taken off, a screaming passenger pulled the hair of the woman who was in front of him. A steward intervened hard by repeatedly beating the man in question. The violent behavior of the traveler seems to be the result of a medical condition.
