A motorist who caused an accident at Hugo de Grootplein in Amsterdam last night has fled. The motorist hit a scooter rider and a cyclist. The scooter rider had to be resuscitated.
Both victims were injured. The scooter rider was taken to hospital after resuscitation. It is unclear how the victims are doing at this time.
An eyewitness to the accident gave the license plate of the car to the police. A police spokesman said no driver has yet been arrested.
