Häcken celebrated Sweden’s first European Cup win since Umea in 2004, striker Schröder scored all the goals (5th, 9th, 53rd). Svea Rehnberg (26th) and Elin Sörum (47th) were successful for Hammarby with German goalkeeper Melina Loeck.

Schröder had already scored in the first leg and previously contributed two goals in the semi-final win against Eintracht Frankfurt. The 19-year-old is the competition’s top scorer with a total of eight goals.
