School leavers find work easier than ever, even those who don’t have a diploma

School leavers have the wind in their sails on the labor market. The number of them who do not find a job after one year has never been this low in the past 10 years. Even those who do not have a diploma and who have left school, find work. But entering the labor market without a diploma remains a bad idea, according to the VDAB.
