Will Flexa and Sikkens producer AkzoNobel be retained as one of the founders of the AEX for the Netherlands in the long term? After the merger with its American peer Axalta, there will be a listing on the stock exchange in New York instead of Amsterdam, which, according to analysts and the company, is ‘logical and good for the investor’. “There is no question of a departure from the Netherlands,” says Greg Poux-Guillaume, CEO of AkzoNobel.
