Schiphol – Schiphol Airport will continue to grow to 90 million passengers in the coming years despite a possible reduction from 500,000 to 478,000 flight movements. This is what CEO Pieter van Oord said in conversation with De Telegraaf. He accepts the downsizing because this is a ‘political decision’ over which he has little influence. The CEO wants to invest €12 billion, including in a new terminal.
