Gelsenkirchen (dpa) – Scorer Simon Terodde from the second division soccer club FC Schalke 04 has returned to the training ground after his forced Corona break.
The striker got the green light from the authorities after a negative PCR test, the club said. Schalke had canceled their planned training camp in Belek, Turkey this week due to the current Corona situation and have been training in Gelsenkirchen since then. The Schalke team will play their first league game this year on January 16 (1.30 p.m.) against Holstein Kiel.
