A 20-year-old chiro leader from East Flanders has stalked young children with false accounts to obtain nude photos from them. The suspect manipulated a 14-year-old victim in such a way that the boy believed that there was only one solution to prevent his nude photos from being sent to all his friends: by having sex with the chiro leader, who filmed everything.
