Passenger satisfaction with De Lijn’s services is declining again. They are less enthusiastic about the punctuality of buses and trams and about the prices charged by the Flemish transport company. This emerged on Wednesday from measurements by market researcher Ipsos on behalf of the Flemish Department of Mobility and Public Works (MOW).
