In the 4th match of the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League final series, Fenerbahçe Beko defeated Beşiktaş on the road with a score of 77-75, making the series 3-1 and claiming the championship. After the match, Fenerbahçe Head Coach Sarunas Jasikevicius answered the questions of the press members. Expressing that they are very happy, Jasikevicius said, “At the same time, we are very tired. I think the rules should be changed in European basketball now. The seasons are longer and more challenging. I have said a lot about such situations. We feel the same for our opponents. When asked about Nando de Colo’s retirement, the Lithuanian head coach concluded his words by saying, “He is one of the important basketball players of Europe. He caught the virus after the EuroLeague Four finals. He lost 5 kilos. He could not show his best performance. We wanted to say goodbye to him in a way he deserved. He was not in his best condition. Still, this does not change anything. We are lucky to have Nando de Colo as a part of us.”
