Sanremo 2026, the Top 5 ranking of the second evening, in no particular order
It’s one minute to 1am when Carlo Conti decrees a stop to televoting: finally it’s time for the Top 5 ranking of the most voted songs but communicated in no particular order. The lucky ones are Tommaso Paradiso, LDA & AKA 7even, Nayt, Fedez & Masini and Ermal Meta. This ranking differs profoundly from that of the first evening: in fact, only Fedez & Masini remain among the top 5 Big names in the race, while all the others are new entries.
The presence of is striking Thomas Paradisewhose song on the first evening of the Festival seemed to have gone quite quietly, and by LDA & AKA 7even And Naytwhich didn’t seem to have garnered the public’s enthusiasm.

Perhaps less surprising is the arrival on the scene of Ermal Metawhose song, Star Stardedicated to the children of Gaza, due to its depth, it is perhaps more understandable and appreciable after a few listens. «I’m happy», commented Ermal Meta at Nicola Savino’s After Festival, «it means that a little more piece of my song has arrived».

Their well-tested couple also works on a vocal level, while too much has already been said about their experiences (and failures). But if the slips of life make Sanremo look good – and the public really likes them, just hear the roars when they come out on stage – then a few tears shed are welcome.
