“Same place!” On January 1, a (too?) quickly extinguished fire was already raging in LA, just where a mega fire started 6 days later

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has been investigating the cause of the still-raging, devastating fire in the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles since Monday. Analysis of camera images, photos and testimonies from local residents shows that a fire was already raging in exactly the same place on New Year’s Day shortly after midnight. Presumably caused by fireworks. Is there a connection?
