What is it about?
The sci-fi action comedy offers a bizarre and entertaining scenario. Oscar winner Sam Rockwell plays a man from the future whose mission is to save humanity in the present. To achieve this, an uninhibited and world-dominating AI must be destroyed before it is created. The mission has already failed 116 times. Will the 117th, this time promising team – consisting of a mentally unstable woman, a technology allergy sufferer and a high school teacher – be successful?
Award-winning cast
The cast of the sci-fi adventure is impressive. Not only the director and leading actors have been awarded Oscars for past works, the rest of the ensemble has also already received several nominations and awards. Both the Emmy-nominated actress Zazie Beetz and the Golden Globe-nominated and BAFTA-winning Juno Temple are in the cast. The cast is completed by Michael Peña and Hailee Steinfeld.
