LYON – About 800,000 people in southeastern France have no mobile phone and only limited television reception. The cause is probably an arson in a 90-meter-high communications mast in the town of Cenves not far from Lyon, broadcaster France Info reports, based on network operator TDF (Télédiffusion de France).
