The S.Oliver Group has opened a new “House of Brands” campus at its headquarters in Rottendorf. It is intended to help intensify collaboration with retail partners and further develop brand presentation. The location covers 1,560 square meters and serves as a central platform for brand management, sales and partner dialogue for the six brands s.Oliver, comma, QS, Liebeskind Berlin, Copenhagen Studios and Lala Berlin. With the campus, the company bundles its brands in one place and translates its strategic orientation as a house of brands into a physical concept.
The areas include showrooms, consulting areas and flexible zones for internal teams and external partners. Digital elements such as large screens and a curved wall integrate content formats into the sales process. A fully AI-based campaign film was presented as part of the opening.
The project was initiated by founder and owner Bernd Freier. It was fleshed out around two years ago and implemented within a year.
